Wat Eten We Vandaag?
You only have to watch the daily cooking show ‘Wat eten we vandaag’ (What’s for dinner today?) once to see how much fun we had producing all 270 (!) episodes. An amazing job to get as a non-traditional tv production company. 24Kitchen decided to go for the unconventional way, hiring us for our experience in editing on a large scale for social as well as web. A huge production we worked on for nearly 10 months, with 9 deliverables per episode – requiring a room full of editors (!) and a full-on staff working on the recipes, since we were also responsible for the recipe development. Luckily with no pressure at all ;-), given that every single recipe was published in the AD newspaper every day.
Producing the show was a blast and pushed us to the limits. Besides working with tv-chefs and tv-stars Jet van Nieuwkerk, Miljuschka Witzenhausen and Hugo Kennis we casted Job Pattinasarany and Perry de Man. Now well-known as the hilarious duo Job & Perry, two street savvy, culinary kings from Rotterdam. We count our lucky stars for them and this exciting opportunity we got. Dream big and dare to fail.
